atlbluz
The service manual shows using a puller that go behind the wheelhub and is tapered to no harm the back of the wheel. send me your e-mail and I will send the picture. Guest ROGER
Atlbluz,Thanks for your input. I remember the picture. However, I am at a loss as to where one might find a c-232 puller or its modern cousin. That device would most definitely do the job without marring the wheel. Thanks again.Roger
atlbluz
I think you will have to build a fixture that will work with a standard gear puller. On another note I can't get the horn button off of the the steering wheel I have. how do you twist the horn button to get it to release from the bracket? Can you help? jpage
You should be able to press down on the button and twist to the left to release it.
keiser31
Try this type of gear puller on the right in the photo to pull the steering wheel......
Guest ROGER
Atlbluz,My horn button came off by pressing down firmly and turning it to the RIGHT. You might try it. You won't hurt it.Roger
