billstewart Posted April 10, 2013 Author Posted April 10, 2013 Don't anyone want a nice business sedan?
trimacar Posted April 10, 2013 Posted April 10, 2013 Nice looking car, in selling a car today you need some patience that's for sure. Only 100 views, and you need to find that person who wants it now.....put it on other websites, HCCA, PreWarCar, and so forth, for more exposure.Good luck with sale!

cahartley Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 It will indeed be taken WELL care of.......and DRIVEN.How I came to buy this car is weird. My Mother was going through Grandma's (her Mother) photos and picked out two photos for me.The first, with the '23 T (or thereabouts) is my Grandma, probably with a boyfriend....... ha ha.......and the second is the other car which I fell in love with in a nanosecond. Something about that sedan screamed Dodge so I went on an internet hunt, Bill's ad came up, and now you know the rest of the story. It will be a terrific addition and departure from my '19 Model T Touring, '27 Model T Tudor and my '29 Model A Tudor.
Guest 1930 Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 Any idea who the people are in the second photo? Nice pictures and story
cahartley Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 ^ That's the kicker.......sadly we'll never know.......
cahartley Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 (edited) At the risk of sounding like a complete idiot where the heck is the "clutch hand hole cover"? I need to make an adjustment.......the gear train is dragging and the gears clash like crazy.OK........I just found this old thread which describes EXACTLY what's going on here >>> http://forums.aaca.org/f143/1924-clutch-repair-167063.htmlI still want to know where the heck that elusive cover is....... :cool:It seems that link is the solution to a not uncommon problem.......WHEWI'm going to get a couple tubes of Type O grease.......farmers will know that as corn head grease. It's a flowable grease having a little thicker consistency than heavy molasses.I'll sleep better now....... (Nobody I'D want to know....... )
