Neil G Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 I know it's a long shot but just wondering if anybody has a clue as to the make. It is mostly wood with metal skin on doors and in between the doors. The original color was what looks to be royal blue with a light blue pinstripe, probably a mid size car. Would love to buy a chassis for it but may put it up for sale too, would save a ton of work. It did have front doors and I'm guessing it's around 1912. Thanks for looking, Neil
Kean Thompson Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 Is the body for sale? Depending on some dimensions I may be able to use it.
Neil G Posted May 25, 2013 Author Posted May 25, 2013 Body has been sold and is going on a 1910 vintage car, the victim of a fire
ligurian Posted May 31, 2013 Posted May 31, 2013 As it turns out the body is for a 1911 Warren-Detroit. Which is lucky because I have one whose body was burn up in a fire. ;-)
13White Posted June 12, 2013 Posted June 12, 2013 I am so happy to read this update; it's great that the body is going onto a car. I looked at that body at the Portland swap meet; the seller told me that he wanted to cut in in half and make a porch swing out of it! He didn't know what it was but he thought it was from about 1929 lol
