Guest 37Packard
This car runs and drives good for being almost 60 years old. It has a V8 with automatic transmission as well as power steering and 71,000+ original miles. It has the original interior which is still in pretty good shape and it has been repainted the original colors of yellow and black several years ago. All 4 of the power windows work and it has had both heater cores (one for the heater and one for the defroster) replaced and they both work too. The original AM radio works as do all the lights, the power seat, the wipers, the speedometer and odometer, the horn and the parking brake. The windshield has 4 stone chips in it. I had a new set of Cooper radial tires installed on it in December and it also has a nice radial spare. Some of the chrome on the driver's side of the front bumper is peeling and there is a small rust hole in the corner of the trunk and also at the bottom of the spare tire well but the rest of the trunk as well as the floors and rockers are in good shape. The car cruises nicely down the freeway at 70 mph. It has 4 seat belts in it and would be a nice old car for a family who wants to cruise around in a real classic but doesn't want to blow big bucks on a fully restored car. The price is $6500. Email me for more pics and/or info at 61rambler@bellsouth.net. Thank you. Edited April 6, 2013 by 37Packard (see edit history)
