need help IDing Make, Model, Year of car in family photo...a Chandler?

Hello-

I'm trying to find any info about the attached car (make,model, year) that my great grandfather used to own

Sorry for the photo's condition and weird effect of taking photo through chicken wire;)

Any help or leads is greatly appreciated.

I think it is a Buick 6 cyl.model 1915-1917,if looking at the lovres on the hood ,there are a little bit between the first lovres and the last 6 ones.Hubs looks Buick too.
