I NEED TO TALK WITH SOMEONE ABOUT AN ENGINE CONNECTION 1927 MODEL 70

Recommended Posts

MY 1927 MODEL 70 HAS A CONTAINER ATTACHED TO THE FIRE WALL ON THE OUTER SIDE OF THE OIL FILTER WITH A COMPRESSION LEVER ON THE TOP. IT IS NOT CONNECTED. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IT IS, HOW IT IS USED AND WHERE IT CONNECTS. ALSO WHAT WEIGHT LUBE GOES IN THE REAR AND IS THERE LUBE THAT GOES IN THE TRANSMISSION AS IT HAS A FILL NUT AND A DRAIN NUT. THANK YOU STEVE SHULMAN 561 281 3502 BUFORD GA

post-34731-143141822692_thumb.jpgSteve, What you are describing is the master cylinder reserve tank. It connects to the master cylinder below. It is just out of the top of the pic; the vertical copper line in the pic is the connection you ask about. Edited by HarryJ (see edit history)
