Vin number location 1932 dodge dk

Just bot my cousins 1932 dodge dk 2 door coupe. Need to have vin verified to get titled but I can't see it on passenger side a pillar. Is it located anywhere else?

thanks but no luck, IFS kit that was installed cover most of the area

while i got you,do you know what the 3 digit number represents when the car is referred to as DKXXXTPC

My understanding is its the model and I have heard the TPC stands for 2 passenger coupe, is the # a production number for that model?

Your serial number will probably be on the frame above the rear spring setup (front mount) driver's side.....or over the rear spring mount on the passenger side front leaf springs. Yes....two passenger coupe is the designation and the body number...not serial number on that particular tag.

This is the first 1934 Dodge I have ever seen with the serial number stamped on the frame. I suspect it was done in the export process as the character font IS of the era.

1932-34 Mopar had the motor number stamped into the face of the left frame rail in several possible locations. Ahead of front axle, near steering gear, near battery box rivets, behind rear axle
