rbk
cushion part numer is 183214A good rule in searching for parts is to go to a web browser such as Google or Dogpile and enter 'Studebaker 183214 and it will findthat item in their indexed pages. It will than show which vendors sell that item. You have to wade through a lot of useless info but you will find that they are available on Ebay. You can do that with any part number and sometimes you have to add a description to cut down on the 3million references to that part.If a vendor has a webpage it may show or you find references of topics in this or other forums.Robert Kapteynhttp://www.ebay.com/itm/4-NEW-1934-1935-1936-STUDEBAKER-SHOCK-GROMMETS-/380547140249?pt=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item589a608a99&vxp=mtr Edited March 19, 2013 by rbk (see edit history)
starlightcoupe
Yes, Robert, that works...if, a vendor has offered his/her catalog file to the internet. Collins, Stelford, Reynolds, et.al. Sure does simplify the process.

Guest Jpelting
Thanks for the help, so far I have located all the weather stripping for the car and the front motor mount. the one thing I still have yet to find are the shock link cushions. I found some for a 37 dictator but I cant find any info on the size to see if they would work. Once again thanks for all the help.
studerex
Do your shocks have the round balls? With links that look like a dog bone. If so the rubber cushions are the same as ford and available and cheap.
