fsnooks Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 (edited) Does anyone know the 1928 Model A Pinion Bearing number? Timken, Torrington, etc... Edited March 12, 2013 by fsnooks (see edit history)
jpage Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 The pinion bearings are tapered roller bearings probably made by Timken. The Timken number should be found on the outer rim of the bearing. Both the the pinion bearings and the diff.carrier bearings are the same. I think all of the Model A suppliers carry them. Bratton's number is 6070. The cup number is 6330.
