37 Buick Century gas tank

I am in desperate need for a gas tank for my 1937 Buick Model 68- gas spout on the passenger side fender.

Any help either finding one would be great even if it needs to be repaired. Someone fiberglassed mine and the stuff will not come off my tank. Still leaking!
