36 buick amp meter

I had the dash bulbs and wiper motor replaced and now I've noticed that my amp meter, temp guage and clock no longer work. There is spark at the clock. If these are shorted out can they be repaired. I know the clock can be fixed but not sure about the gauges.

I assume the temp gauge is the normal ether type? That doesn't use electricity, and is most likely unrelated to your other issues. The clock has a small fuse, but you said it had power? Ammeter.......Could be burnt out. OR probably, someone with large hands has been rummaging around behind the dash and accidentally messed the brittle old wiring up a bit! Been guilty of that myself.
