Name of the car was Dutchess and drivern originally by Julie which the name is painted on the car. Person pictured sitting in car is not Julie. Has the official Soap Box Derby Wheels/Tires which has this molded on the rubber tires. Car is fiber glassed. Rolls great "down hill". Can't even hear the motor, oh! it doesn't have one.
