I can't say for sure, but all the A-body cars supposedly use the same front susp components so I'll say yes.

You might also ask this question over on classicoldsmobile.com since there's a sizable number of VC guys over there, or if Joe P sees this he might have a definite answer.

Yes, all 64-67 A-body suspensions are the same, so Chevelle parts fit Oldsmobiles. In your case, however, consider using lowering spindles instead of springs. Lowering springs also reduce suspension travel, while the lowering spindles do not. The other advantage is that the spindles are for disk brakes, so you kill two birds with one stone.
