Outside mirror replacement

Just bought a 1990 TC and had it shipped north and when it arrived the LH outside mirror got broken off.Anybody know if a Lebaron mirror is the same. Can,t seem to find a TC replacement. Thanks Bob B.

Bob, glad to hear you got your car. One more for Canada.

I do not think they are the same as the LeBaron, someone here should be able to fix you up with a mirror soon. What colour is your car?

Thanks for the quick reply,TC Toy. The car is white & will be imported to Canada when I return in April(from Florida).It is currently in Detroit Mich at a warehouse. It will end up in Windsor Ont. I will continue to search for a mirror here in Florida. Bob Barrow

the mirror is different than a lebaron mirror, the lebaron did not use the blue tinted euro spec glass and i think the shape is different. also should be able to be gotten on ebay or from a forum member. its not the easiest thing to replace, takes more time taking it apart to get to the screws.

Hi Bob,

I have a couple of mirrors available as well in various colors. I'm located in Florida. If you're interested just let me know.

Also, if you're going to replace the side view mirror that's a good time to check the condition of your window "belt molding". It's the rubber molding that runs along the top of the door that the door glass slides against when going up and down. They get dry rotted and cracked over time. I have a couple of good used ones, and some brand new in the package. If interested, drop me a line. rick@rdiperformance.com
