Replace the bladder with a blood pressure cuff.

I found a one line cuff that has velcro on one side for $9.00. You can add a little velcro to it and it will stick in place, no need for the hog rings or pliers.

All you have to do is cut off the one end of it and insert it in the seat.

I snipped the hog rings on the bottom of the seat, then slid the old bladder out. Hooked up the new one, slid it back in and used zip ties to close up the seat bottom. As the tutorial states the friction of the seat materials as well as the air in the bladder holds everything in place. I have always thought it better to work on the seat where it is less noticeable.
