oldcar Posted February 1, 2013 Share Posted February 1, 2013 (edited) Sorry! But with a louvered hood and the extension on the rear luggage trunk it is more likely 1955 than 35. I learnt to drive in one, the model before this (without the extension) in 1953. My father then bought a new one in '55. This one is a French built example you can tell by the headlamps and it will have a metal (painted) dash and cloth upholstery. The English (Slough) built examples were Deluxe versions with a polished wood dash and leather trim. Chromed Lucas headlamps etc. They have a nasty habit of splitting the transmission housing.
