How many tubes of Penrite steering box lube do I need to fill my '30 steering box?

You will need enough to cover the bottom shaft in the gearbox. I don't have an actual measurement for your car, but you can use kerosene or old lube to fill to that level and measure it when it is drained.

Nice to know the correct quantity as I have purchased 2 containers myself. I recently opened my steering box to discover it was bone dry. I have no idea how long the previous owner(s) have been running it that way, but not good in any case.
