nzcarnerd Posted October 6, 2015 Share Posted October 6, 2015 It would seem from reading the company histories here - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remy_International - and - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delco_Electronics - that, as with many companies, their history is quite complicated.
