Opinions on value - '60 Fury III survivor (located in an actual barn!) :)

I am going to go look at a '60 Fury III 4 door, 283, auto. Cold AC! 40k miles, inside all it's life in the rust free west. No tears inside, no damage at all outside. I am not a Mopar guy, but I do love a sweet survivor of any flavor. No photos as he doesn't own a computer and I have to drive 250 miles to see it. The description based on the (2nd) owners own words.

What would your opinon be of a value of this car based on what we know?

Outrageous car! Check out the brochure - 1960 Plymouth (International)-11

Plymouth didn't start the Fury pecking order - I, II, III - until 1965, when they dropped the other full-size model names. In '60, the V8s were either 318 or 361 cu in. The new 225 slant six was also available, even in the Fury. NADA (Classic 1960 Plymouth Prices, 1960 Plymouth Value & 1960 Plymouth Specs | NADAguides | NADA Classic 1960 Plymouth Car Values) values a sedan between $3989 (shabby daily driver) and $8848 (lovely, needs-nothing survivor or well-restored). Without the B-pillar, it's $4829 to $10619.

Expect to be dazzled but don't expect it to float.
