Since the car does not run I suppose it is difficult to get some decent outside photos in the the light all around it and inside of it. That would, if you could, be a hugh benefit to you in selling the car. Addressing questions like the following would also help: Does the interior have a nice preserved smell or mildew smell? What is the electrical issue you speak of in detail? How is the transmission and when was the car actually on the road last? Heck even buick man could be interested if you could give it a better showing and description. Posts more pictures here as well as on ebay.Good luck.
