ply33
Best of luck on finding the exterior door handles, especially the passenger side locking one. And if you do find a source and they have two sets, please let me know so I can get the second set.Not sure if the early '33 PC used the same button, but I'm pretty sure that the '33 PD uses the same button as the '34 models and maybe even the '35 models. So you might have a bit better luck there as there will be a bigger pool of cars to draw from.

keiser31
Thanks Keiser and Plym33,Yes that is the one.Your picture also shows part of the hood hold down bracket. The handle is chrome, is the barrel and both brackets on hood and fender also chrome? Thanks, ChrisI believe that the hood latch caps are chromed and the barrels are painted fender color. I could be mistaken about this. I have seen the catches on the hood both painted and chromed, so not certain which is the factory finish.
Guest DodgeKCL
The caps are chrome plated and body and mounting plate are fender color. (Truck ones as may be expected are not chromed.)I repaired a horn button this winter that had a 'huge' hole in it's center. I have been using a product called PolyAll 2000 to repair dried out wood and it will also make plastic parts. It comes as 2 liquids that cure to a hard biege plastic in 3 or 4 minutes. Even mixed thay have the consistency of water. I backed up the inside of the horn button with tape and poured in the PolyAll and 5 minutes later had a complete button sans hole. I carefully poured in enough to overfill the hole so when it hardened I could sand it down to level. Spray painted it black and Bob's your uncle I had a 'new' horn button. With parts such as these being rare, as everybody wants to keep their horn button of which they only have one, this may be the way to go. N.C. Industries in Sayre Penn. used to have '33 doors handles in their catalogs,Part #NP-201, as well as outside handle escutcheons. 1935EB
DodgeKCL,So the cap is Chrome, the body and the mounting plate is "fender color". What about the plate that is rivited to the hood that the cap connects to? Is it Chrome or "body color? Thanks for tip on PolyAll200. It may save my broken one.The guy's at NC are good folks I will give them a call to see if they still have some of these.Chris

The N/C Industries version was cast while the original are stamped metal.Roberts Motors listed the inside escutcheon at one time as part T219 but my notes say "Looks correct in catalog picture, but is not correct for PD."Never tried to buy the outside escutcheon so I can't offer experience on that. keiser31
I believe that the piece on the hood that the hood latch hooks onto should be hood color.

Scott Bonesteel
Chris--I checked and I don't have a locking 33 Plym handle. But, one was just listed on ebay yesterday. Good luck!
