Paul from PA
I just had a car hauled from Colorado to PA last week. Car was picked up Wednesday and delivered Friday evening It was a non op and the price was $700 plus a $50 fee to the broker, which I thought was reasonable. The car was placed for availability on Friday December 28th thru the broker.the date I told her it would be ready. By Wednesday it was enroute. Peggy the gal I talked to works out of her home and this is one of a few business's she runs, I was quite pleased with the time frame and communication thru-out. I found her thru a friend of mine who said they were highly recomended on a Ford site. The car I had hauled in was a 1957 Chevy 210 wagon.
Guest 65gs76limited
Door to door for a in-op for 700.00 is cheap.Sounds like very good service time frame wise also. I'm thinking this was opened transport? You should post the contact info. Tom

MrEarl
Thanks Paul. Sounds like you may have lucked up and caught someone heading back home with half a load or something. Did you happen to talk to the actual hauler, get his contact info and does he have a certain route he runs?
Paul from PA
The trucking company was out of Colorado, Rick Bedow Trucking 814-566-7020. He had seven vehicles and was in a semi, open trailer. All from Colorado heading east. The trucker worked for the company and even offered to help load the wagon on my trailer. In addition to what I bought he had on board a 1950 Chevy panel truck, 1956 Ford pick-up,1930 Model AA truck with wooden bed, newer Land Rover and a Porshe Convertible. The trucks were loaded on top and it was a sight to see.
