Guest
Please email me at heygrape@aol.com if you are interested. I'm not sure I can find my way back to this board. Car is located in Rockford, Illinois. http://www.stormloader.com/heygrape/Frazer1.jpg Model: 485 (1948 Frazer Standard Sedan)
Body Type: 5 (4-door sedan)
Paint: 101 (Onyx Black)
Interior: 642 (Maroon Broadcloth with Buckeye Maroon Interior Paint)
Transmission: 1 (Overdrive Equipped)
Rear Axle: 1 (4.27:1)
DR: 1 (Car was originally built for sale in the 48 states)
SCHED: 52
ITEM: 751
Serial Number is F485-009812 and Body Number is 9698.
The car is equipped with the Kaiser-Frazer factory heater/defroster/air conditioner P/N 200005, and also appears to have the factory type radio P/N 200001. The knobs are missing and the dial face needs attention.
While the upholstery and headliner are gone, the multiple-coil Marshall-type spring assemblies are in tact in the seat frames.
The car is missing the air cleaner, radiator (and mounting), front bumper, grille, splash pan, rear window, and various chrome trim bits.
Except for minor rust out on the edge of the driver side and some rot at various points around the rear wheels (floor near wheel wells and on the flat quarter panels), the car appears to be either a good parts car or even a restoration project. The body itself is straight and not damaged or dented. Trunk and Hood opens and closes very nicely.
Any Reasonable Offer will be considered and probably accepted.
