1931 plymouth pa horn problem

Start at the base of the steering column. Remove the light switch. There may be something retaining the light switch tube, I think a nut, I don't remember. The horn button and light switch lever will come out along with the tube that extends through the column to the switch. You may have to drop the column to clear the headliner.

If you have a coupe you might have to take out the back window to get the tube out, It's that way on Model A Fords (and pickups).

There's a lot more cab length in the Plymouth coupe so that should not be necessary.
