West Peterson
Are you looking for a restored car, nice original, or project?
Guest mikemc
I'd prefer a restored one, a nice original would be okay, not looking for a project. Thanks, Mike
West Peterson
You might have to "apply" for Classic status from CCCA, but this looks more than fairly priced:Packard : LIMO ROLLSON in Packard | eBay Motors
Guest Rob McDonald
The eBay post said a photo of a similar car would be included but I didn't see it. Here's one from a recent Barrett-Jackson auction, where it sold for $132,000. Mind you there's a long way and many, many dollars between a 1982 prize winner (now apparently stored in a closet) and a top-notch fresh restoration, as the B-J car probably is.Rollson and Brewster seemed to be going after a nostalgia market with their limousines and town cars - 'Teens and '20s styling on sleek prewar chassis. Wouldn't be my choice but the Munsters would have loved it!
Guest mikemc
Amazing automobiles but I'm focusing in on the regular production body.
Guest seizure66
I have a 49 Deluxe 8 Touring Sedan. I'm trying to trade it for a nice VW Bus at the moment, pre 67. All orig, needs interior upholstery, super straight, you can have the seats covered, have someone spray it if you don't want orig patina, and roll with it! I'm asking $6,000 or a nice VW bus. 928-699-1999
Guest mikemc
Thank you. It looks like a good, solid car. However, I am looking for one I can use in CCCA tours and, unfortunately the 49 is a year "too new" to be accepted. Thanks again and good luck with your search for the VW.
