Lots of good parts. MINNESOTA!

1963 Buick Electra 225

1963 Buick Electra 225 4 door sedan. NO ENGINE!! Rolling Chassis w/good brakes

has Dyna-Flow transmission (good tranny) Complete other than NO ENGINE....decent tires, hub caps ....

Have Keys and Title...MANY GOOD PARTS, Glass Chrome. etc.,..did start, run and stop before we pulled the engine.

Would make good Demolition Derby runner......it's a TANK! Worth over 350 for scrap weight alone.....NEED the space!

$500 FIRM

763-753-2633

EDITORS NOTE: This is why we need a Buick "Elephant Graveyard" National Salvage yard. This car has a ton of good parts but is probably headed to the crusher.

Hi Byron,

Are you interested in parting it out at all? If so, what do the interior door pulls look like - I am looking for a set of the chrome pulls with metal backing plate for my 61 225, and it is possible that the pulls from your 63 might work. I can email a picture if this is a possibility.

Thanks,

Mike

Sorry, not mine. Was posting off a Craigs List ad. I would call the seller to see if they would take out those parts and send them to you. However, I would place a photo and wanted ad on here because I am sure someone has what you need. I am trying to picture the part. It may be shared with Cadillac and Oldsmobile.

OK Bryan: This type of car presents one of the biggest challenges the early 60's Buick people face. There are four things to consider here. 1. First-Gen Rivs are really coming on strong and are being built all over the place with the 401/425 engines. 2. To make matters worse for us, the rat rod people are all looking for Nailhead engines. 3. Add the fact that this has been going on for some time now, almost every 62-66 full sized Buick with that 401/425 engine that isn't really ripe to build will have it's engine harvested whether the car has possibilities or not. 4. A rebuilt engine is very expensive.

Unfortunately a 63 Electra 4-door is a very unpopular car (outside of our circle) and this one might just get da squish. Mitch
