Brings back memories of Saturdays when my dad worked half days at the Buick dealership. He'd let me tag along and sometimes the porter would let me help him wash cars.  He'd give me a chamois and I'd start drying.  I still remember the advice he gave me and adhere to it today. "Eddie, if you take care of the edges, the middle will take care of itself."  Sure enough, I've never left a drop of water on a car after drying it.

I special ordered this 85 Century as a company car. Had maroone cloth interior and the 3.8L V6 and a cassette player...sweet little thing. Wish I would have kept it

This is a wonderful/cool picture.  Looking up Dootone  Walter Williams ran the studio in his front porch.  This is located in Los Angeles.

In 1954, Williams also recorded a group called the Medallions, with lead singer Vernon Green. They had a hit with "The Letter" in April and followed it up with "Buick 59" in July.  I believe the Buick 59 would be the wagon for 54?

Great picture and cool history!
