Guest steveskyhawk Posted November 11, 2012 Share Posted November 11, 2012 Looks to me like you are missing the narrow strip of brass that slides down along side the batteries and is bent in such a way to create a switch. It is often times very corroded. A new piece can be made from thin brass sheeting available at most hardware stores. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

fjr48 Posted November 12, 2012 Share Posted November 12, 2012 My penlight only has one white washer installed over the end of the bulb prior to installation into the housing.
