RansomEli
I've got a 1929 Franklin 125 sedan with dual sidemounts and mirrors. One of the mirrors has a nicely chromed chain with a small lock to prevent theft. I'm missing the chain and lock for the other mirror.Does anyone out there have a source for a sidemount chain and lock? The chain is a step above what you'd find in a hardware store.I've checked a few sources, such as Restoration Supply Company, but they don't seem to list this item.Any advice? Thanks. Marty Roth
You might try Jay Fisher. I think he is in Clark, New Jersey, and does mirrors as well as the attaching hardware.I found this listing on www.whitepages.com Jay M FisherHome (732) 388-6442 4 Acken DrClark, NJ 07066-2902good luck

RansomEli
Thanks, but my mirror has a separate chain not attached to the mirror. One end of the chain has a small latch that places tension on the chain.BTW, I mistyped my Franklin mode number. It's 135, not 125. Very embarrassing.
