I'm interested in the chrome (not the stainless). How much for the complete front-set (as long as it is in as good shape as the photos)?

Thanks

hi, i have several examples of the stainless steel trim piece that mounts around the rear fender fuel door, is that what you mean when you say "gas tank arrow/stripe" ? charles coker, 1953 pontiac tech advisor.

hi tagg, i recently sold two pairs of the lower rear fender panel trim L&R side in nos condition to two brothers in michigan, they both have 1953 pontiacs. and i'm currently out of the rear fender indian emblems, pontiac used the same emblem from 1951 to 1953, see my wire wheel hubcaps pictures ?, they're from oldsmobile, but i used the rear fender emblems to make the hubcaps look like they're correct for my 1953 chieftain custom catalina. tomorrow, if it gets warm and dry enough, i'll dig out the gas door trim and get pictures for you. i have alot of parts, i've been buying them for 40 years. i'm the 1953 pontiac technical advisor for the pontiac club, 29 years now. call me if you'd like, 417-693-5219 in missouri. charles coker.

charles,

thanks, i'll keep my eyes out for it. been a busy moving weekend, haven't had internet connectivity until today at work.

let me know if you come across any more right side rear quarter chieftain's heads... last one i saw on ebay was $365 (for the set, iirc)... pretty steep for my budget.

also still interested in the rear fender lower (rear) panel trim if you've got (yet another) set.
