Guest curtmacd
Does anyone know for certain what the ohm value is for a 1930 Hupp model S sending unit. Trying to replace mine with an aftermarket unit but must make sure it is compatible with my gauge. 0-30ohm, 0-90ohm, 10-90ohm, 10-73ohm........ all have been mentioned. Without buying a potentiometer to check the gauge at empty and full, does anyone know what the correct value should be?Thanks!
nickelroadster
I think I would check it rather than count on someone else to tell me. Volt-ohm meters are rather cheap at Home Depot or Lowes.
