Help Please.

Can someone please tell me if the front engine pulley assembly that includes the one way starter clutch

on the EQ and the EP are the same?

I have the parts catalog for 1925 - 1928-1/2 models, on Pg 68 Book A description Group D17 Starter Clutch and Vibration Damper part #39815 is listed for EP, ES & EQ. All 3 use the same part.
