WTB - Trunk Rack Medallion and Mounting Brackets for '37 Twelve

Have a nice trunk rack for my '37 Conv Victoria and looking to finish it. Need the following:

1. A show condition original or new Hirsch repo Twelve medallion

2. Brackets to mount the rack to the bumper brackets (have correct brackets for a sedan but need those for a Conv Victoria)

Are the part numbers cast into the brackets you need and if so, what are they? Thanks
