Guest countrywill
Does anybody know what the connecting rod bearing clearense or measurments need to be for a 1948 248 inline motor. The book i have only shows the precision type and nothing for the poured bearings. in the book it says to torque them down and feel for drag. Im stuck at this point besides not having a new piston. This sure has been a intresting build, I picked a good engine for my first rebuild huh.. hahaha. thanks for any help or advice.
