Brass Model T Lamps

I am looking for a way to mount a small gas tank under (around) the car to use my gas lamps. Is there a kit available that uses a small propane tank that can be directly attached to the lamps?

For safety it would be a good idea to keep the tank away from the lamps. Remember that these are acetylene gas lamps not propane so the gas is much more flammable and explosive.

The originals just used rubber tubing from the tank or gas generator to the lamps. Depending on the car, you can put a small gas tank in the trunk, under the floorboards, etc. You need a valve, of course. You can buy small acetylene tanks from welding shops. They must be in the "upright" position, though some are designed for laying down as well. Acetylene is most original, but you could use MAPP gas (a propane/acetylene mix). I know of no kit for this.
