It takes me an hour to fill my gas tank. I'm sure the tank should be vented, but mine is either plugged up, or nonexistent. Does anyone have any solutions?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Mike :

Your vent on top of the tank is pluged up with something. Sometimes spiders or other critters build nests in the vent hose. Try to pressureize your tank some way and it might blow out what ever is in the vent. If that doesn't work then you will have to take the tank down so you can get at the vent at the top of the tank. rolleyes.gif" border="0

It was unbelievable, what i found in my gas tank neck. Someone had broken a gas cap off, and just driven it far enough that it couldn't be seen. I got it out and it fills great.
Thanks
Mike blush.gif" border="0
