What are good brands of tires for a 91tc? Living in South Florida so I don't need all seasons tires I had Pirelli7 on my 85 Maserati Biturbo. Rick in Wellington is replacing the bushings. I thank you all for your knowledge from your past experiences.

I'm having good luck with Dunlop Signature series on my TC and a friend has Continental ProContact on his TC. Both seem to be a perfect blend of ride and handling for the TC. Goodyear also has an Eagle tire that looks promising. Even in S. Florida don't underestimate all season tires, rain and all, I have a friend there and he swore off anything but all season for his SLK.

Best of luck.

I currently buy Yokahama tires for my cars as they are some of the few tires manufactured in the United States of America. Many well known brands are made in China and I wouldn't touch them with a stick.

Some Yoko's are also made in Taiwan. My advise is to research the best tire you can afford and go with it. All manufacturers have had their share of defects and failures, most we don't even know about. I guess it is like the old adage "buyer beware", at any rate most have road hazard warranties. Your tire seller will normally have a large selection and can help you with the purchase.
