Early 1928 AR rumble seat roadster with a low engine number (A104***)

All steel, excellent body and fenders with exceptionally nice paint in correct colors of light Arabian sand, gun metal blue with French gray stripe, black wheels, whitewall tires and correct interior and rumble seat upholstery. Clean, solid and rust free inside and out.

Recent mechanical work includes new transmission, clutch, pressure plate, flywheel and timing gears. Plus a rebuilt speedometer, muffler heat-shield, new 6 volt battery, and a new moto-meter. All to the tune of $5500.

This car has these AR features: left hand emergency brake, red steering wheel, drum tail light, Ford script bumper clamps, correct AR water pump, two blade fan with shroud, correct, flat splash aprons, powerhouse generator, AR starter switch, smooth clutch and brake pedals.

As an older, body-off restoration by Jack Hogan, the car has a few nicks and chips, but no serious distractions.

Starts, runs, and stops great. Ready for tours and shows. A strong number 2 car.

$25,500.

Will accept partial trade of 1928 or 1929 closed Model A in comparable condition. Must be all steel, all Ford, correct colors and in sound mechanical condition. Prefer sports coupe, business coupe, special coupe or Tudor sedan.
