Guest Kurt Franz
Just wondering how many of you actually exist......
Guest dmaugus
I'm in Akron. I see a few Reattas for sale around here but these are usually at dealerships. There was a '90 convertible at the Riverfront Cruise-In in Cuyahoga Falls about a month ago.
Guest Kurt Franz
Very Intersting.....one reply.....FWIW....I drove past a driveway in Parma yesterday and saw 2 parked - one of which had a cover on it, the other was maroon colored (or burgundy it that is correct). Then looked across the street and saw a driftwood coupe - which looked to be in very nice shape. And I saw a red coupe in a nearby McDonalds..All on the same day........Finally - anyone interested in buying a 2008 Kawasaki KLR650.. have to get rid of some of the toys....KF

He has a couple Reatta convertibles, and I believe his brother has a couple as well. His son lives down here and is a member of the Tarheel chapter.Sent from my mobile device using Forum Runner

The Burgundy colored one does not appear to be that great looking - at least from the road. The driftwood sure looks nice though..I saw this on CL ....seems like it could be a good find if the underside is as clean as the pictures are. I am not certain as to the color though.1990 Buick ReattaThere are a few others out there that are not impressive, either due to condition or price.....I will say this though - at least around these parts - there are quite a few folks are asking pretty high prices for some pretty bad cars. I looked at one in Akron that the owner was asking 3K for - and it was a real beater. A lot of the sellers are trying to bank on the fact that the car is "rare and collectible" and are asking unrealistic prices...at least is sure seems that way. Around here you have to find the ones that were stored during the winter to really have something..otherwise the undercarriage will look like sycamore bark and the brake lines will be toast.....and that is not good.Take care.... Guest TommyH
I'm in Akron. I see a few Reattas for sale around here but these are usually at dealerships. There was a '90 convertible at the Riverfront Cruise-In in Cuyahoga Falls about a month ago.I am in Akron as well, however I haven't had a Reatta in over 2 years. There are several in a scrap yard in Canfield. One of the car's previous owners drives around and lives very nearby.A white/red one that drives, a 90 or 91 that parks on Massilon road and the owner works at The Lampost. I see a red convertable and a black coupe around Peninsula as well.
Guest MercWagn
I'm a Northwest Ohio owner, in the suburban Toledo area (south of the Maumee River in heavily agricultural Wood County). My 91 Reatta spent all but 3 years of its life mostly in Florida, so it has fared pretty well when it comes to the condition of the body. The interior needs some attention, but its not too bad, I'm still working on getting everything fully functional. I don't see many around here--saw one in a used car lot the other day, 88-90 white in color--looked decent.
