K8096 Posted August 28, 2012 Share Posted August 28, 2012 It's the badge that rests on the bar that goes between the headlights on a 1929 - 1930 Model M Stutz. Originally, this piece was a zinc die casting (potmetal) and was cast onto the brass bar and it was all chrome plated together.
