The Hortman car

A life long friend has a 1934 Ford 2 door sedan that was special ordered by the owner of a Ford dealer. It is the only one in existences with 2 spare tires on the fenders and many more options. It is un-restored and looks to be in excellent condition as it's been stored in a warehouse for years. He told me it is known as the "Hortman Car". He has a picture of Jimmy Carter riding on the running board in a parade. He may be willing to sell the car depending on the value. Can anyone point us to someone that may be able to help?
