I have a pair (2) of 650-19 Firestone 3 1/2" Wide Whitewall Tires. They will fit 1930-31 Buick, Cadillac, and others. Please be sure they are the correct size for your car. These tires are new and have never been on the road. They were purchased from Coker Tire at a price of $616 for the pair. I no longer need them and will sell the pair for $400 or best offer. Shipping will be $50 for the pair anywhere in the continental US. Note that I will return any unused shipping funds to the buyer. I have these listed on eBay as well:
