Dave Mellor NJ Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 Early 20s Hudsons have those double rimmed headlights. I found a picture of a 24 sedan on google but it won't let me copy.
keiser31 Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 Looks like a Nash to me. Did Hudson offer disc wheels?
CarlLaFong Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 When you enlarge the pic, the hubcaps have some sort of script rather than the Hudson triangle
keiser31 Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 The number of bolts on the wheel should give it away......never seen so many on a disc wheel hub.
Dave Mellor NJ Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 I would love to know what other car or cars use those double rimmed headlights. I have a set much like that.
pepcak Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 (edited) What about Buick? The script looks matching...but the rear springs do not....1923 Buick Sports Tourer model 23 - 55 Edited August 25, 2012 by pepcak (see edit history)
Leif Holmberg Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 pepcak,Cantilever type was used those years on Buick, exept for 4 cyl.models .My guess is Oakland mid 20s if looking at the fenders,(the car seems to have a flexible steering colum too?) Leif in Sweden
1909schacht Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 packard ? used lots of bolts to hold rims on see the photo in pre-wwII photo section of " what is it " titled : from the library's box of unidentified photographs - showes a like packard in a wreck...1912 ?
Dave Mellor NJ Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 What about Buick? If you look at the shadow the bumper has the Lincoln-type diverge/converge bars.
