Reatta NOS 36D Bra

OK...not sure of the measurement (I wanted to get your attention) but I do have a black NOS Reatta bra in its original packaging from GM. Besides the fasteners and original written instructions, there are four pieces (2 eyelids, width across the front of the hood and width across below the bumper) Never been used (or fondled). Serious inquiries via PM. Thanks.

On a side note, does anyone have a picture of a Reatta with a bra? I don't want to install the bra on a Reatta just to take a photograph.

Barney - do you have a picture? You seem to be a guy who would never let his Reatta go bra-less!

Addendum: Padgett has a picture of a Reatta with a bra on his site (6007.us).

Sorry I do not have a picture that I know of......... I can give you some info.

There are two major brands of Bra.......... Covercraft and LaBra, about three years back Covercraft purchased LaBra.

The Covercraft design is 1 piece plus the headlight covers. To open the hood, you must unhook the sides (at the wheelwell)

The LaBra design is 2 piece plus the headlight covers allowing the hood to be opened without disturbing the lower unit.

Another item to look for, the headlight covers on LaBra are mis-marked, the right is marked left and vice-versa. I pointed this out maybe 10 years back and I don't think anyone ever fixed it.

I do not run a bra on my cars and (although I will sell you one) am not a big fan of bras. Not that they are bad, but many people put them on and never take them of to clean the underside. The flannel like underside protect the paint until you get in a dirty rain, now you have dirt in the flannel on the back side. This now acts like a polishing compound as you drive and will often wear the paint off of sharp corners.

If you use a mask....from any source, take it off and clean the backside.

I have been selling Covercraft products for 30 years this May. If you need a custom cover for a car, truck or motorcycle as well as mask (bras) please contact me.

As the one I have is a four piece packaged in a GM box, I assume it was LaBra that was the supplier and Covercraft is aftermarket, correct?
