Carbuff2
The only time I have seen Road Wheels on a 1963 w/ Dynaflow Trans and the larger hubs was when they used 5/16" spacers. Then you have to choose which center cap you want to use the under 2" for the flat caps or 2 1/16th" for the ribbed tower typecaps used from 1966 thru 1970.Good LUck Paul
John
Look for a set of 64 Wildcat wheels. They will fit with no spacers and no issues.John

John
If you have wheels from 65 they are the same as the 64 wheels except they have a "register ring" welded to the inside to match the smaller 65 hub. If you cut this ring out the wheel will fit the larger hub on your 63. 64-65 wheels have a 2" hole for the center emblem. 66-70 wheels have 2-1/8 hole for the cone type centers. Check this chart for more info.http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?196455-Official-Guide-to-Rally-Wheels-Chart

Some how my '63 Riv sports 3 Rally's with the 2" hole, and 1 with the 2-1/8" hole. The backspacing is different as well. Not sure if that is typical between these two. The 2" hole ones have a 3" backspace and the other has a 3.5" backspace. The upshot is that the 3.5" backspace does not work on the rear. The wheel won't hold the drum in place so it wobbles, and the weights hit the backing plate. It only works on the front drums. All four have the cone caps, but different sizes. RivNut
Wildcat 1562,I'm a little late chiming in here, but not knowing what you're wanting to achieve, you might want to know that the Formula Five (Buick Rally) wheel was not available on a Riviera until 1965. The top of the line wheel option for 1963 and 1964 was the cast aluminum wheel cover with stainless knock-off.The 15" rally wheels with 5" bolt circles look pretty much the same 1965 - 1970. In '71 they had a totally different look. I've got a set of '67 rims on my '63 Riviera. I took a chisle and removed the register ring. No problems ever. All you need to make sure of is that all four wheel have the same back space and the same size center hole for the center cap.Ed
