Interior handle direction...4 door sedan

Getting down to the end of the resto and little specifics are important. I would appreciate if someone could tell me the direction/orientation of the door handles and window cranks on 4 door

sedans. Pics would be great.

The first pic out of the 4 that I posted in in your coat hook thread gives you a good idea. The front door handle should be parallel to the garnish molding because it's a door pull. The rears are on an angle that would be comfortable for the rear passenger to use We set our window winders up on a 45 degree angle pointing down and back.
