Fond Farewell

Recommended Posts

It is with some sadness that I watched my 1950 Buick being loaded onto a transporter to be trucked down to North Carolina where it will be in the care of very nice 77 year old man who is a big Buick fan. I wanted to take a moment and say I could not have done the things I did with my Buick without the help and support of the people on this forum. There are so many great people here and such a wealth of knowledge it is incredible. Everyone here is always willing to lend a hand to help solve a problem or share a great piece of information and I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you all very much for your help and friendship over the past few years. You guys are the greatest! I'll stop by from time to time, but am buying a 1930 Model A Ford pickup and probably won't be on the Buick boards much anymore. Thanks again guys you are good people.

SCOTT, I remember following your car through the body shop last year and virtually smelling that gleaming fresh paint. Hope you had some smiley miles with it since then. Now, on to your next quest - working on that old Ford should be eyes-closed easy for you!
