Buick valve lifter spring retainers

From 1924 to 1927, Buicks had valve lifter springs on the lower end of the push rods. These springs kept the push rods and valve lifter rollers seated against the camshaft.

On my 1926 McLaughlin Buick the valve lifter springs were missing. I purchased new ones but have been unable to obtain the retainers that fit in a groove on the lower end of the push rods inside the valve roller assembly. I am hoping to locate some used ones but barring that I will have to make some. Can anyone help by either selling some or by providing a picture of what they look like? I would be very grateful for any help.

Thanks
