Guest pamelahutson@verizon.net
Will burned out turn signal bulbs cause the turn signal clicker noise to go away? My left front bulbs are out and I am replacing them . I had the car painted and everything worked when it took it to the paint shop and the clicker noise and the left front G890 bulbs are now not working. I tried a Sylvania 890 bulb and it didn't fit and I broke it trying to put it in. I measured them and the Sylvania's have a tip on them the GE bulbs do not. Sylvabias are overall longer. P:rolleyes:am chavez Hutson
Guest Corvanti
the chime in my 89 didn't work when i got her. replaced burned out bulbs and works fine now. fairly sure i used sylvania bulbs - whatever they had a walmart - no problems. also used Ronnie's tutorial for guidance: Front Parking Lamp Replacement Tutorial*-*ReattaOwner.com
padgett
We talked about this some time ago, there are several different 890's. Only possibly common factor is that the short ones I have all have a brown base. Edited June 22, 2012 by padgett (see edit history)
