Blasted and painted, reupholstered. Fully operating Heil hydraulic dump. New doors and hood sides are formed. 12 volt electric starter (no generator), It has Dayton cast steel wheels with hard rubber tires. 4 Pneumatic cast wheels and 6 rims available. Bill of sale.
